Help Our Shelter Team Keep Reaching the Animals Who Need Them

About this project
Nr of Bikes: 5
Goal: $1000

Every single day, our team travels long distances to reach the shelter and care for abandoned and vulnerable animals who depend entirely on them for food, treatment, safety, and love.

But right now, transportation has become one of our biggest challenges. Fuel prices continue to rise, and sometimes fuel is simply not available at all.

With the rising cost of living in Mozambique, many people have lost jobs, support has become harder to find, and simply getting to the shelter each day is becoming increasingly difficult for our staff. Despite these struggles, they continue showing up every day to care for our Sweethearts with incredible dedication.

In 08/24, thanks to kind support, we managed to get one bicycle for our most distant traveler. It made a huge difference. But now we urgently need 5 more bicycles for the whole shelter team.

We are raising funds for 5 bicycles for our shelter team.

These bicycles will provide reliable transportation so staff can continue reaching the shelter consistently, safely, and affordably — ensuring the animals never go without care, food, cleaning, medication, or attention.

A bicycle may seem simple, but for our team it means:

  • Reliable access to work
  • Continued daily care for rescued animals
  • Less financial pressure on staff
  • More stability for the shelter during difficult times

Your support, no matter the amount, would make a real and immediate difference in the lives of both our team and the animals they protect every day.

Thank you for helping us keep this mission moving forward.

Every contribution helps. Every share matters.
